Welcome to my lovely new studio, i’m really happy you’re here!

What i’ve learned to deeply appreciate about being a massage therapist, as well as a woman (she/her) moving intentionally through my 40’s, is how each have taught me the importance of creating space for my ongoing self-care.

Finding effective, enjoyable and creative outlets for health + wellness are essential to staying in a take care groove, and that’s what The Studio is all about! Massage therapy can facilitate both a physical + emotional capacity of self-care. Creating opportunities to restoratively heal, rest, reset and recharge.

Always searching for my next inspired, creative outlet. I became eager for a solo project that would reflect my vision of my very own curated studio space, evolved massage practice + feel good community.

As I move forward into my 15th year as a practicing RMT, I continue to offer my signature therapeutic work and deep tissue massages, while also offering a unique + inspired new menu of grounding, enjoyable and effective massage therapy options for clients to utilize and enjoy.
